The customer service was great when I called to ask about the delivery date for my bag. They sent me a new one immediately when they found out that the previous shipment was held at customs for over a month. The quality and craftsmanship of the the bag is amazing.

I am completely amazed with how well my bag was made. I use it was a crossbody bag every day since receiving it. It’s roomy for everyday essentials and for running errands, effortlessly. it’s light weight, sturdy and the zipper is smooth. It’s so very well made.
