Our dust bags are all authentic and legally purchased from boutique stores, and they are inspected by us before being made.
How long does your customization take?
As all our products are hand-sewn，When we receive your order we will schedule and handcraft it in order of order.Orders are usually shipped within 3-14 days, If there are too many orders that cannot be delivered on time, we will notify you by email and contact you promptly to confirm the delivery time
What materials are used to make your bags?
We use authentic Hermes dust bags as our main material and may also incorporate auxiliary materials such as canvas and leather.
How long does it take for a package to arrive in my country?
We support worldwide shipping
Shipping to the United States takes 8-15 days.
Shipping to the Canada, Australia takes 14-18days.
Shipping to Europe takes 8-12 days.
Shipping to Singapore takes 8-12days.

Can I cancel my order?
If you cancel within 24 hours of purchase, your full order amount will be refunded.
